Flyware has recently established the Flyware Help Desk to establish the Flyware support in a more process oriented manner with self service capabilities.
The Flyware Help Desk is available from the Flyware Portal on the newly improved www.flyware.net.
The Flyware Help Desk is available from the Flyware Portal in the main menu. Users are able to register Support Tickets, monitor active tickets, get access to various information and methods to support whatever they need. Our processes are quite efficient and we look to industry standards in terms of our approach to support. Administrators have access to additional information such as creating users and other relevant tasks.
To access the Flyware Portal you will need a valid user name and a password. Contact your company´s eLoadsheet administrator or apply for credentials by contacting us. The portal is only for customers and partners.
