ELOADSHEET

eLoadsheet is a modular, web-based system hosted in the Azure cloud environment. Customers can use the system for ADHOC flights and or integrated with 3rd party systems. It can be used online, and accessed through standard web-browsers. Aircraft data is maintained in the IATA AHM-656/560 industry standard. eLoadsheet increases load control productivity, efficiency, and flexibility. eLoadsheet it fully supports centralized load control methods and semi to full automation capabilities (non-human intervention process).

Manual loading through visual drag-and-drop with an intuitive auto-load algorithm provides users with the optimal load for the aircraft resulting in a more efficient distribution of weight and gain of optimal center of gravity. Auto-load algorithm calculates the optimal location and distribution based on individual or accumulative limits and constraints for bays(Example DGR limitations), holds, and compartments. Customers can also add dynamic limits to define any section(s) limitation. eLoadsheet in addition offers the possibility of standard loading rules(company loading rules) where airlines can configure business rules for deadload assignment based on specific criteria both for bags, cargo and other deadloads.

eLoadsheet can monitor lateral balance symmetrical and asymmetrical, combined, increased loading, cumulative and DGR limits in the distribution algorithm. Weight and balance documentation production and provisioning can be done on through emails, FTP, SFTP, API bearer address and post-departure messages such as Loadsheet, CPM, LDM, and UCM, LIR and Graphical LIR are automatically created. Message capabilities includes aircraft Movement Messages (MVT) creation and transmission. Messages rules can be defined for each message type that support transmissions on email, FTP, SFTP and API_Bearer addresses) both automatically or manually triggered. SITA (Type B) header rules are also supported. All message types can be customized on a per airline basis and even per aircraft type.

eLoadsheet can be used with Powerloader as a master aircraft data manager. Powerloader and eLoadsheet data maintained in the same database. All completed actions and messages and message history are stored in our reporting generator for later review and is stored 365 days back in time.
